Total Body Mechanics LLC (TBM) is a multifaceted company. TBM provides massage therapy, personal training, nutritional counseling, and yoga instruction through very innovative yoga classes. We are dedicated in being your health and wellness partner. TBM believes in the body’s natural ability to heal itself and we will utilize our expertise to assist each client in this process.  Massage therapy, personal training, nutritional guidance and yoga classes is the avenue that will be used towards this healing process. As a massage therapist many modalities are offered providing health and wellness through relaxing swedish massage, massage therapy, trigger point massage, hot and cold stone massage, and pregnancy/prenatal massage along with the use of reflexology. Personal training/nutritional coaching will be offered one on one. Yoga classes will be offered in a group setting or as a one on one sessions.

 

At Total Body Mechanics LLC (TBM)  we believe that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating nutritious meals, as well as incorporating massage therapy and a yoga practice for relaxation are all a part of dynamic living. Diane Coad, Founder and CEO of Total Body Mechanics LLC, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in exercise science, exercise for older adults and nutrition from Winston Salem State University.
